Collect profiles of customers, prepare for the archives, and provide related information to other departments/ 收集客户资料，对目标客户的资料进行收集，做好客户档案，为其他部门提供相关资料；

According to company sales policy, as the window of accept and respond to customer inquiries/根据公司销售政策，作为接受和响应客户询报价的窗口；
Forward the problems of customer response to other relevant departments coordinate with other departments to solve customer problems, provide with high quality service. According to the corresponding process to give customer feedback /将客户反应的问题转达给其他有关部门，协调各部门一起解决客户问题，提供高质量服务。按照相应流程给予客户反馈； Cooperate with other departments, and work together with production and quality department to deal with related customer complaints or suggestions/配合公司各部门的工作，负责与生产和质量部门共同处理相关客户对产品投诉或者建议.
